Pastor Ron Tuck

Dr. Tuck grew up in Rockingham County and graduated from Rockingham County Senior High in 1981.While attending Baptist Temple Church he accepted Christ as a young man. After graduation from college he pursued a career in mortgage banking and finance attaining the position of Senior Vice President of Compliance and board member of EDS Financial Systems.
Believing God was moving him from the business world into a life of service Ron began to pray and seek counsel from others about what God would have him to do. Ultimately Ron left the business world behind in 1999 to accept the position of pastor at LRBC. During which time the church has grown steadily each year with conversions and new members and average attendance increasing from 60 to over 200 weekly.

Ron holds an AA in Business from Rockingham Community College, BA in Bible from Southwest Seminary, BS in Psychology from Liberty University, a MA in Human Services and an MBA also from Liberty. He earned his Doctorate in Leadership Studies from North Carolina A&T State University,

Ron has been married to his high school sweetheart Sherri for 32 years in February 2018, They have three grown children Gray, Austin, Megan and a son-in-law Jon and three dogs Rock, Bear and Suga.

Associate Pastor Ryan Crowder

Born and raised in Rockingham County.  Ryan graduated from Rockingham County High School in 2002.  He was employed by Harley Davidson until 2016 in which he made a change in to the field of insurance to assist in his pursuit of ministry full time.  Currently, he is working with The Assurance Group out of Thomasville area where he assists clients with all types of life insurance and medicare coverage.  Ryan has been an active member of LRBC since 2003.  Serving with the youth, the choir, as a deacon, and currently as associate pastor, Ryan was saved and called to preach in December of 2006.  Since that time, the focus has been to assist the church in any capacity needed.  

He has been married to his high school sweetheart Brianna since 2009.  They have two kids, Lydia and Nolan.
